The experience starts with our vineyard and olive grove tour together with a family member. Then, you will be led in our rustic kitchen and you will learn the three different recipes or your Tuscan cooking class.
Let’s start with the last course, the dessert! You’re going to bake the perfect Torta Margherita, a typical and traditional Tuscan cake or the biscotti made with wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Then, it’s bruschetta time! You’re going to make three different types of bruschetta using exclusively seasonal vegetables.
Finally, you’re going to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch (Pici or Gnocchi) and how to prepare the best tuscan pasta sauce.
Then, you will be led to your table to eat what you have prepared. Each course will be paired with a different organic wine that comes straight from the winery’s own vineyards.
