From the pickup place of the Participants, to reach Amalfi and Positano, we will join the ride along the Amalfi coast, one of the most stunning coasts of the world. Dramatic cliffs and superb panorama with gorgeous mountains with lemon-growing terraces overlooking the sea will make this ride unique!
The town has long been established as one of the top destinations on the Italian coast and has a reputation for attracting the jet-set crowd. Many restaurants, shops and boutiques cater to the wealthier crowd here, with shops selling clothes, shoes and local handicrafts, something of the local speciality. In the lower part of town, the Church of Santa Maria Assunta was renovated in Baroque style, and its dome was beautifully covered in glazed majolica tiles. Inside, it contains a painting of the Black Madonna. This is thought to have been brought to the church by monks from Constantinople in the 12th century.
