The rows that make up the heart of the Venturini Baldini farm stretch out on the soft slopes of the Roncolo estate. The grapes grown here have been living here for decades following the strict dictates of the organic regime, which the company has adopted since 2002, the first reality to have reached this milestone in Emilia Romagna.
The program first includes a visit to the cellar where we will tell you about our philosophy that has followed the strict dictates of the organic regime for decades. We will then move on to explore
the ancient vinegar factory, where we make the traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO.
Finally we will conclude everything with a tasting of our wine and vinegar accompanied by a platter of local products and a bottle of water.
