Pick up at the Hotel in Rome at 8:00 AM
8:30 AM to 9:00 AM – WELCOME – ACTIVATION
Activation is the sequence of gestures and exercises that allow you to reach the psycho-physical state necessary to express yourself at your best during sports. Educating students in the “ritual” of activation is the first step to properly introduce them to competitive sport.
9:00 AM to 10:00 AM – TENNIS – TRAINING SESSION
The training session is mainly dedicated to technical-tactical exercises.
Particular importance will be given to the service, the response and the movement technique.
During the program, sessions of postural gymnastics, specific coordination exercises and speed circuits will alternate. We organize 1 hour and 30 minutes training sessions in the morning or afternoon followed by a tour of Rome with an Official Tour Guide to see the best of Rome like the Colosseum, the circus maximus, the Trevi fountain, the Pantheon and more in your mercedes minivan with your driver guide.
