What makes Rome Jewish Ghetto and Campo de’ Fiori Guided Food and Wine Tour a unique experience ?

This is the starting point of the tour. Meet your guide in Mattei Square.

The Jewish Quarter of Rome is one of the oldest in Europe, as it dates back to the 16th century. We will pass by beautiful synagogues and stop in local restaurants to sample mouth-watering Roman delicacies.

This complex was dedicated to Ottavia, the sister of Emperor Augustus. It originally included two temples, two libraries and a large meeting space. In the Middle Ages it became home to the fish market, and subsequently incorporated in the area of the Jewish Ghetto.

Campo de’ Fiori is a vibrant square located in the heart of Rome. The name comes from the flowers field that once covered the area, and today the square hosts a picturesque market that attracts both locals and travelers.

Piazza Navona is one of the most famous Baroque squares in Rome. Its layout reproduces the shape of the Stadium of Domitian, which was built in the 1st century AD. Piazza Navona is overlooked by the Church of Sant’Agnese in Agone and features three stunning monumental fountains.

This remarkable archaeological site holds the remains of four centuries from the 4th to the 2nd century BC. This is the final stop of our tour.
