What to Expect When Visiting Rome, Lazio, Italy

A beautiful medieval town that overlooks a wonderful lake of volcanic origins and a meeting place of countless people from all over the world thanks to the presence of the Pontifical Palace. The stop does not include the visit of Papal Residence but a general overview of the town.

Excellent and historical winery, a great place where you could know the local grapes, their flavor and the best way to tasting. The wine tasting is kindly offered by the Limo Company

Stop At: Ariccia, Ariccia, Province of Rome, Lazio
A small town well known by locals for being the temple of porchetta, roasted pork. Traditionally held to be older than Rome, it was later on conquered by the latter. In the Renaissance became the manor of the Chigi family, of which Pope Alexander VII commissioned Bernini for the Cathedral dedicated to the Assunta and the Family palace.

A nice town that overlooks another lake of volcanic origin. Famous for strawberries, of which town is the seat of the festival that takes place in June, it is dominated by a medieval tower and castle. Perfect spot for a classical lunch but also for a traditional meal, that is ham, cheese, rosted pork and wine.

The first autostrada, freeway, of the world, connecting Rome and Naples and then even the south-est of Italy. Opened up by the Roman Magistrate Appio Claudio Cieco in 312a.C. is nowadays a wonderful archaeological area full of remains of ancient tombs and aristocratic countryside residences.
