The day starts with a pick-up from your hotel in Rome by your expert driver-guide. On the way to Pompeii, you will hear the fascinating story behind this world-famous archaeological site. The eruption of Mount Vesuvius on the 24th of August in 79 AD turned this once thriving harbor city into an inferno of death and destruction.

Pompeii is one of the most beautiful and impressive archaeological sites you might see in your life. You can spend an entire day over there.
