Masterclass: Spritz and Pasta Making Workshop in Rome

Learn to make authentic Italian pasta and craft the perfect Spritz in this Fettuccine and Maltagliati cooking class in the heart of Rome. Upon arrival, our expert chef will welcome you for a hands-on experience. Begin by preparing a classic Italian Spritz, then meet your fellow participants and start working on your pasta dough.

Discover the secrets of perfect pasta, from mixing flour and eggs to cutting the dough. Our chef will guide you through making different pasta shapes like Tagliolini, Pappardelle, Fettuccine, and Maltagliati (“badly cut”). You’ll cut your own Fettuccine and Maltagliati, and learn which traditional sauces pair best with each shape, such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and Tomato and Basil.
Afterward, enjoy bruschetta with tomatoes and basil, while the chef prepares your freshly made pasta with the sauce of your choice. End your meal with a refreshing glass of Limoncello or a cup of coffee.
