Is there a better way to explore a culture than through its local food? We don’t think so, especially in Italy! This hands-on cooking experience aim is to dive deep into Italian traditional cuisine. One on one guidance, useful tips and historical insights with the help of local chefs. Our kitchen is a hidden gem with great historical value: steps from St. Peters Basil and once the Vatican granary. After a warm welcome, with sparking wine and nibbles, we will put our aprons on and get our hands dirty! You’ll learn how to master making irresistible fresh homemade pasta and traditional roman dishes such as Amatriciana ,Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara. We’ll get to prepare some starters as well, with seasonal ingredients. The lesson wraps up enjoying the fruits of your labour: your cuisine, paired with carefully selected local wine and laughs. Cooking is a joy and a way to connect with people from all over world.
