Stop At: Piazza del Popolo, 00187 Rome Italy
We start our tour at Piazza del Popolo, located in the beginning of via Flaminia where visitors arrived in the city during the era of Empire. An Egiptian Obelisk dedicated to Ramsesses II is located in the centre of the piazza it was originally in Circus Maximus and was transferred to Piazza del Popolo in the 16th century.

The Spanish Steps are a set of steps dating from 1723, climbing a steep slope between the Piazza di Spagna at the bottom of the hill and Piazza Trinità dei Monti at the top. The Spanish Steps are still today like in the past is a place for artists, painters and poets to visit.

No trip to Rome is complete without visiting Trevi Fountain. It is the most beautiful fountain in the world. The origins of the fountain go back to the year 19BC in which period the fountain formed the end of the Aqua Virgo aqueduct. The first fountain was built during the Renaissance period under the direction of the Pope Nicolas V.

We will stop for Gelato at the famous Pantheon. The Pantheon is the only ancient Roman building that has remained practically intact through the centuries. Built between 25 and 27 BC Pantheon was a temple dedicated to pagan Gods it was completed by Hadrian around 126 AD. Since the 7th century the Pantheon has been in use as a Church dedicated to St. Mary and Martyrs.
