Learn your way around an Italian kitchen with this 4-hour cooking class, being taught how to make Roman herbed artichoke, 2 types of pasta from scratch: cavatelli in broccoli sauce (cavatelli are made form mixing semolina flour and water) fettuccine in a tomato sauce that cooks for 2 hours (fettuccine are made by mixing egg and flour, so you’ll learn to make 2 types of pasta dough) and tiramisu for dessert.
Wine is served while you cook and also paired with your meal (prosecco, white and red available)
