About your host, Ruben: “I grew up in the heart of Rome, where I first expressed my creativity by painting and writing poems. I played soccer competitively for many years and then discovered my passion for cooking at 14. Graduating from cooking school in Trastevere gave me the possibility to work in Michelin-starred restaurants.”
