When In Rome, cook as the Romans do! Join us on the fun hands-on pasta master class with a fun local chef. We’ll start with a bite to eat and a drink as we talk about the delicious ingredients and the method we will use to prepare them.
The session begins by preparing our delicious dessert. With the guidance of your chef, you will whip up strawberry and chocolate-flavored gelato from scratch!
The art of making perfect pasta is homemade dough. We will create two types of dough. The normal one, and a green one! Next we will cut our pasta shapes to create two traditional Roman favorites: Fettucini and Tonarelli.
Our chef will show you 3 fantastic and authentic recipes to take home. Choose between 3 Roman Classics; Cacio E Pepe, Amatriciana and Carbonara. Learn how to time your pasta perfectly and create sensational sauces.
There is nothing quite like our homemade Italian food and great company. Once the hard work is done we will eat our scrumptious reward together.
