What to Expect When Visiting Roma, Lazio, Italy
Make your own pasta and tiramisu in the very heart of Rome! Our restaurant is located in 59 steps from the Trevi fountain.
During the experience in a small group you will learn how to prepare fresh Italian pasta (the queen of all pastas) and tiramisu (the king of Italian desserts).
For vegetarians or vegans, we have a special vegan-minded course.
We will be happy to explain you step by step how to:
1. Prepare the pastry for the Italian pasta
2. Make your own fresh home-made tagliatelli using our pasta machine
3. Prepare a classic Italian dessert: tiramisu
What is included:
1. a welcome drink (prosecco)
2. all the equipment for the experience
3. lunch with a freshly cooked pasta & tiramisu
Please note: The pasta that you will eat for lunch will not be the exact pasta prepared during your cooking class. For health code reasons, your lunch will consist of a delicious pasta dish that has been prepared for you by a professionally trained chef. You will get to take the pasta you created during your class home with you.
