On the river: Aperitif, cooking class and roman dinner

Roma Trip Overview

Firstly, we will meet on the banks of the river Tiber. From there we will enter the kitchen of an exclusive floating club on the river- a former hangout of Roman rowers since the 1900s which has since been transformed into a delightful 1930s-style venue where live music is played.

Before we start our cooking class, we’ll get to know each other and make new friends by enjoying an aperitivo while being lulled by the river under the sunshine of Rome.

We will have exclusive access to the restaurant’s kitchen and with all the professional tools available, I will teach you how to prepare some of the typical dishes of the Roman tradition, including the famous Amatriciana and Carbonara pasta -the dishes the swimmers and rowers ate, and the famous “Meal del Barcarolo.”

After our class, we will enjoy the dishes that we have prepared at a nice table as newfound friends, and there might also be the opportunity to listen to beautiful live music at the venue.
