Learn how to make Italian specialties, homemade gelato and pasta, in un unforgettable experience in Rome. In essence, you will discover the recipe and the secrets of the Italian cuisine, thanks to a local chef who will teach you the trick of the trade. Firstly, you will start to make homemade gelato using all ingredients and tools needed. Italian gelato is a specialty known all over the world and is characterized by its genuine taste and the quality of the raw materials. After that, you will proceed to make your own pasta from flour and eggs. The chef will explain the difference between egg pasta and normal pasta, bringing your attention to the consistency of the pasta sheet and to the cut. In fact, he will show you various types of cuts, from tagliolini, the tiny one, to pappardelle, the largest. When the class will be finished, you will choose your pasta sauce (carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, alfredo etc.).
