The lesson takes place in our warm and welcoming Cooking Academy in the very center of Rome, between St Peter’s and Piazza Navona where you will meet your Chef. Your amazing cooking class experience will start with the preparation of all the extra fresh, authentic Mediterranean ingredients: garlic, onions, anchovies, tomatoes, capers, olives, rosemary, thyme, and more. The aim is to learn how to dive into the Italian culture preparing a traditional mix with a personal touch. Learn to make your own pasta from scratch, a delicious main course, a side dish and to complete the culinary delight, you will learn to prepare one of our typically Italian desserts.
