This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Meet your host Silvia at her bed and breakfast, located in the city center. She will welcome you with an appetizer of piadina (a thin Italian flatbread) served with Italian cheese, honey and jam. Silvia is excited to share with you her love and passion for Romagna cuisine. Enjoy your cooking class at a local bed and breakfast owned by Silvia. Your hands-on Italian cooking class will last about 2 hours. Learn to make pasta or gnocchi from scratch, a traditional sauce and dessert. Silvia can make all kinds of pasta from tagliatelle, tagliolini, strozzapreti, cappelletti to ravioli, so please let her know your preference. She learned to make handmade pasta from her grandmother and will share some wonderful stories from her childhood, while you cook together. After cooking, share the meal you helped prepare with Silvia and her boyfriend.
