Day 1: Transfer from the airport to your hotel

At the airport you will meet our driver who will display a sign with your name on it. He will take care of you and your luggage by accompanying you to your hotel. The transfer is only for you, we do not take other people on board.

Day 2: Monreale the Duomo
Stop At: Monreale, Monreale, Province of Palermo, Sicily
Our driver will meet you at the reception of your hotel at 09:00 to accompany you to visit Monreale and here you will meet our professional tour guide. The journey from Palermo center to Monreale takes 30 minutes.
Monrealela with the wealth of forms of the basilica, the magnificence of its interiors, the sumptuousness of its chapels and furnishings arouse amazement and admiration, however, the mosaics that cover the entire interior arouse wonder. The mosaic decoration covers 6,340 square meters, and is the largest in Italy: teams of Byzantine mosaicists created it, probably between 1180 and 1190. Entrance to the Duomo is subject to a fee.

After the visit of Monreale we go for a guided tour of Palermo center and here we visit the Cathedral, the Teatro Massimo, the 4 Canti, the Fontana Pretoria. Our driver will give you a copy of the program and good advice for other experiences, such as visiting the mafia museum. Entrance fees to the Theater and Cathedral are subject to charges.

Day 3: Castelbuono
Stop At: Castelbuono Paese in Provincia Di Palermo, Localita Da Visitare, 90013 Castelbuono, Sicily Italy
Meeting in your hotel with our driver at 09:00. To get to Castelbuono the journey time is about 60 minutes. For this itinerary I do not recommend having a tourist guide because everything is simple and our driver will give you a paper guide.
The most important site of this medieval village is the Castello dei Ventimiglia. Castello dei Ventimiglia. Founded in 1316 on the hill of S. Pietro by Count Francesco I of Ventimiglia, on a Byzantine construction, the castle of Ventimiglia in Castelbuono is an imposing structure with four corner towers with a typical Angevin architectural structure. In the center you can have a tasting of the famous dessert, Il Panettone di Fiasconaro. This dessert in Italy is eaten to celebrate Christian Christmas in December but only here in Castelbuono is it made all year round and the tasting is free.

The journey from Castelbuono to Cefalù takes 30 minutes and the ancient city can be visited on foot. Our driver will give you a map and the availability to book for you, if you wish, lunch with fish specialties in a restaurant by the sea. Take the time to visit the UNESCO World Heritage listed monument.
The Cathedral with the mosaics behind the altar, of exquisite Byzantine workmanship, literally catch the eye, for shine and perfect state of conservation.
Near Palazzo Martino, after crossing a gate, at the foot of a stairway with a snail, you can admire an example of a medieval washhouse whose pools were filled by the waters of the Cefalino river fed, according to legend, by the tears of a nymph desperate to have lost his beloved.
Departure from Cefalù at 4; 00 in the afternoon and the travel time to get to Palermo is 60 minutes.

Day 4: Transfer from Palermo to Agrigento with tour

Pick up with our driver at your hotel at 08:30 in the morning to transfer us to a hotel in Agrigento booked by you.
The first trip is to arrive in 70 minutes to visit Erice. Between the sea and the sky divinely appears the announcing peak of beautiful Sicily. Erice, who dresses in mist, like the goddess of love, naked, covered only by a transparent veil. Erice is the place to get lost in the slowness to find spirituality. Where to immerse yourself in the intensity of the flavors of its sweets, its liqueurs: the Genoese filled with cream, the almond paste, the ricotta cassatelle and chocolate chips. The journey towards “the lady perched on the mountain”, which jealously preserves its charm as a medieval village that stands out on the top of Mount San Giuliano at 750 meters high in a splendid panoramic position on Trapani, surrounded by millennia by its cyclopean walls, is mystical.

A short visit to Selinunte, the Archaeological Park of Selinunte is the largest archaeological park in Europe, with the colossal remains of the Greek colony of Selinunte. Founded in the seventh century a. C. from a group of colonists from Megara Hyblea, Selinunte takes its name from a quality of wild parsley, called sélinon in Greek, which still grows spontaneously there.

Day 5: Transfer and tour from Agrigento to Ragusa Ibla

Pick up with our driver at 09:00 in the morning to arrive in 15 minutes at the entrance of the Valley of the Temples and here you will meet our specialized tour guide. (the entrance to the Valley of the Temples is not a cost included in the tour but the cost of the tourist guide is included).
At 04:00 in the afternoon we will check in at the hotel you have booked in Ragusa Ibla.
At 11:30 we leave for Ragusa Ibla but at 01:30 in the afternoon we will stop for your lunch in a winery. Here there will be a guided tour of the vineyard and the cellar and here you will have your lunch with wine tasting guided by the wine tester in the ancient cellar and lunch. (lunch, wine tasting and visit are included in the cost of the tour). Free dinner in the center.

Day 6: guided tour of Ragusa Ibla

At 10:00 in the morning you will meet our tour guide for a walk in the center of the village.
Ragusa Ibla is one of the most beautiful and important villages of the Sicilian Baroque. Here you will see the Duomo which is very beautiful and many ancient buildings full of art. Ragusa Ibla is Unesco Heritage. At 12:30 our guide greets you and you will have the afternoon, lunch and dinner free. Our driver will give you a map with a signal indicating the entrance of a noble palace that you will visit with its owner. We booked your entrance at 06.00 in the afternoon. The building is called TRIFILETTI AREZZO. The cost of today’s program, the visit of the palace and our tour guide are included in the cost of the tour.

Day 7: Tour of the Sicilian Baroque

Sicilian cooking class.
Pick up with our driver in your hotel is at 09:30 in the morning. Pick up with our driver in your hotel at 09:30 am to get to the ancient village of Scicli at 10:00 am and here we have booked a Sicilian cooking class for you and with the products that you have created during the course, you will do your lunch.
During the course Sicilian cuisine but it depends on the products of the period, for example if there are eggplants you will cook pasta alla Norma, if it is not too hot you will make ricotta cannoli or ricotta ravioli pasta. Here we respect the seasons of the year. The cost of the cooking course is not included in the tour and costs € 80.00 per person but must be booked 15 days in advance.
