Live a one-of-a-kind, full-immersion culinary journey in Positano. Discover Italian traditional cuisine in an extraordinary way.
A multi-course sensory experience with a menu that changes daily with ingredients sourced each morning from local markets and farmers who dedicate themselves to making some of the most outstanding food that we bring to the table.
Meet Peter, the chef will share his approach to the Mediterranean cuisine; one of simplicity but also of traditional recipes that he grew up with throughout his childhood.
A matching wine component is also fundamental to this experience. Peter’s extensive wine cellar comprises a vast number of wineries that cover the entire Italian peninsula. Each dish that is assembled will be paired with a different wine. You will experience wine varietals that, for the large part, are unknown to the rest of the world, as your chef’s wines are from small boutique family-run wineries from across the country that cover regional as well as local production.
Relax in a movie worthy panoramic setting: a 12th-century property which boasts one of the most breath-taking views in the world.
