What to Expect When Visiting Polignano a Mare, Puglia, Italy
Our mission is to let Puglia enter your hearts, as it already is for us. After a warm welcome and a short presentation, we will start with an explanation of what the world of Apulian gastronomy is; then together with the expert hands of our Cesarina you will start producing taralli around our common table. After the preparation, there will be the most awaited part: the tasting in front of a glass of wine.
The course will last approximately 2 hours. At the end of the course, the Academy’s certificate and apron will be issued, to take us back home with you. A short recipe book will instead allow you to reproduce what you have seen at home.
