Agerola, known for its dairy products, acts as a stage for our experience!
Join us on a walk through the streets and fields, you will have the opportunity to admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world.
Our tour of the mozzarella will take you to discover how this ancient product was born. You can, before starting to work, see the famous “Cows of Agerola”, thanks to which even today you get a cheese so valuable.
Then you can watch the processing of mozzarella and quality cheeses.
At the end there will be a tasting of local dairy products, of which we have seen the processing first.
