Stop At: Azienda Agraria e Frantoio Ronci, Via Maesta Quattro Chiavi, II, 06031, Bevagna Italy

Visit an artisan olive oil producer’s farm near Bevagna and learn how olive oil is made.

Experience the beautiful Umbrian countryside, walking among olive trees, together with our English speaking guide.

This tour takes you on a short walk with the farmer in the olive groves. He’ll explain the history of olive oil and the techniques used to produced this top-quality product. You’ll see the olive trees, the oil mill where they’re ground into a paste and the state-of-the-art equipment used to extract the oil.

At the end, you will taste different olive oils during a suave tasting!

The gentle tasting will be composed as follows:

Bruschetta tasting with extra virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables au gratin and pinzimonio.
Tasting of two Bevagna Legumes paired with two precious Monocultivars Moraiolo and Frantoio.
Seasonal salad combined with orange flavored dressing.
Cruditè of Champignon Mushrooms combined with our. lemon flavored dressing
Water + 1 Glass of Wine
