You will discover the three historic markets of Palermo: the Capo, Ballarò and Vucciria, located in the ancient center. During the journey you will discover the delicacies of popular food, tasting the specialties of Palermo with the unmistakable rustic flavor. You will taste sfincione (the typical Sicilian pizza), panelle (chickpea fritters), arancini (stuffed rice balls), caponata (aubergine dish) and cannolo (sweet with ricotta-based filling). Along the way, you will have the opportunity to taste a glass of Sicilian wine, (or if you prefer beer, water or Coca-Cola). The tour will end in the center of Palermo, not far from the Vucciria market.
