Patrizia will wait for you in her location, a very charming apartment in a noble XVII cent Palazzo, just opposite the main Cathedral. You have just to go at the address via Vittorio Emanuele 492 and push the bottom 6, name SANTONOCITO! In this place you will have a tasting of 6 different very good sicilian bottles of wine and 6 sicilian cheeses, some other local specialities, and a dessert with a limoncello, both prepared by her because she is an expert Cook.

• Caponata – I serve with local bread
• 6 sicilian local cheeses – I serve them together with the 6 different bottles of sicilian wine. Each type of cheese is choosen to taste it better with the proper wine.
• Sicilian Cassata – I personally prepare this dessert, the cassata with ricotta cheese cream, delicious and the most traditional sicilian dessert
