Meet your LOCAL GUIDE after breakfast and start a Guided Walking Tour (3h) in PALERMO: the culture of the city, the beautiful sights, architecture and the typical street markets, are hidden in the old part of town. Palermo is a many faceted city, with as much an unmistakable as enigmatic identity, a combination of aristocratic magnificence and the colourful ways of the common people. Visit the highlights of the Arab Norman Period, Palatine Chapel inside the Royal Palace, the Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, the Cathedral plus a typical market and more.

Day 2: Monreale – Segesta – Salt Pans

Stop At: Duomo di Monreale, Piazza Guglielmo II 1, 90046, Monreale, Sicily Italy
Start the day with MONREALE the apotheosis of Norman architecture. It combines in one project employment of both Sicilian and Byzantine craftsmen. The highlight of the Cathedral is its interior, incandescent with the gold of the mosaics, covering the walls of the nave, aisles, transept and apse – 81800 square feet.

Day 3: Selinunte – Winery

Stop At: Parco Archeologico Selinunte, Via Selinunte, 91022, Castelvetrano, Sicily Italy
After breakfast visit the archeological area Selinunte. Inside this marvelous site visit the Eastern Hill with its temples and other interesting excavations dating back to the 7th century BC which are considered among the most important in the Mediterranean.
Following enjoy the Extra Vergin Olive Oil at a local producer. The prestigious “Nocellara del Belice” olive variety has been grown here for centuries. An unrepeatable combination of the local soil and microclimate gives origin to DOP certified table olives and excellent extra-virgin olive oil.
Continue to a renowned WINERY which is embedded in a charming & unique context. Its variety of excellent wines, cellars and vineyards makes this destination a special place. During the wine tasting session you’ll get more familiar with the local grapes from the area.

Day 4: The Valley of Temples in Agrigento

Stop At: Valle dei Templi, Piazza Archeologica 1 Via Panoramica Dei Templi, 92100, Agrigento, Sicily Italy
Drive to Agrigento for the Valley of Temples. These are among the greatest Greek ruins in the world and the splendor of the temples in the Doric style, built during the V and VI centuries BC.
During the Guided Tour through the archeological area, from the Temple of Juno, enjoy an excellent view of the entire Valley and the Temple of Concordia which is beautifully preserved. The oldest ruin is traditionally named the Temple of Hercules. The view of the Mare Nostrum is incredible from the Temples.
