Hi, we’re Marco and Mamma. We will teach you how to cook a proper Sicilian or Italian recipe. We will guide you through the recipe of the day step by step. Thanks to the double camera broadcast, you will be able to see us on a medium shot (from head to waist) and, at the same time, you will have a close-up view on the worktable where the magic happens. During the online Sicilian cooking class, you will learn Mamma Streaty’s cooking secrets and some problem solving techniques used by Italians in the kitchen.
The recipe you are going to learn is called ‘Involtini alla Palermitana’, we are talking about delicious veal rolls stuffed with breadcrumbs, pine nuts and raisins! a classic Sicilian dish for meat lovers. Don’t forget to bring some red wine or we will miss the point of the entire experience, which is getting together and sharing smiles!
