The upper floor, called Il Salone, is a large hall, one of the largest medieval halls in the world. On the ground floor of the Salone, there are various shops where you can find all sorts of local specialties. Here you will find butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers and many others.
The experience includes an accompanied visit to the Market with tasting and a guided tour of the main squares of the historic center of Padua.
The tastings are in street food mode (standing). Consider that it is not a seated tasting or a lunch in a restaurant, especially if there are children or elderly people. It is not heated, in winter it can get very cold. In case of rain, the market is covered.
