There are many ways to experience a territory and one of these is the splendid walk with the horse-drawn carriage to discover the Sicilian countryside. Passing through the vineyards and olive groves we reach the hill to admire the sea.
With our blond horse Olivia we will pass through the vineyards and olive groves of the farm to get to the top of the hill to admire the sea. The visit to the animal area will lead us into the wonderful world of horses to get to know their curiosities and habits up close.
Immersed among the rows of the vines we reach the wine cellar that takes up the typical square shape of the nineteenth – century Sicilian rural farm.
On this guided tour visitors will discover the secrets of wine, share the thrill of tasting wines from the tanks, enjoy the walk among the wooden barrels
In the winery or in the veranda overlooking the garden, we will prepare a delightful brunch of five typical Sicilian appetizers:
The brunch will be enriched by the tasting of white and red wines that recall all the warmth of the Mediterranean.
