You will learn how to make the authentic pasta from our region, orecchiette ‘little ears’, using a special technique still practised by cooks daily when making the family lunch. Our guests always enjoy the Italian family style environment that we create. Vegetarians and vegans welcome, Puglian cooking traditionally features wonderful local vegetables.

You will enjoy learning to make traditional Puglian food in our chef’s home kitchen, at a working farm or in a restaurant kitchen. You will sample award winning wines paired with the courses you create and enjoy eating the 4 course meal you have made in a fun, Italian family style environment. Vegetarian and vegan options available on request.

Sample Menu

• A selection of cheeses, cold cuts and vegetables for you to try
• Orecchiette pasta with a tomato sauce, and braciole – Orecchiette mean ‘little ears’ ,you will learn to make this pasta from scratch along with braciole , rolled meat parcels with garlic and cheese.
• Eggplant Parmigiana – Hand made and oven baked by you, with layers of mozzerella , deep friend aubergine and tomato sauce.
• An Italian classic Tiramisu – Served with coco powder to taste and a cheeky dash of Amaro if you wish.
