After 2000 years of history I have brought to light two versions of the ancient Roman wines: Aureum and Purpureum that allow you to make a sensory journey into antiquity! You can visit the wine production museum and taste our products. I am the archaeologist and sommelier Simone Tabusso, for 4 years I have studied the production of wine in ancient Rome through the translation of ancient Latin texts and the study of archaeological remains.

I am the archaeologist and sommelier Simone Tabusso, for 4 years I have studied the production of wine in ancient Rome through the translation of ancient Latin texts and the study of archaeological remains.
I will take you on a journey of time to discover the ancient sensations of Roman wine and you will understand how more than 2000 years ago our ancestors cultivated the vine and how they produced wine. It will also be possible to touch an ancient Roman press and the production amphorae with a visit. Finally we will taste together the ancient Roman wines: L’Aureum and Purpureum. Sensory characteristics and food pairing will be analyzed!
