While waiting for the tiramisu to be ready to be eaten, we will begin also the lesson on limoncello. You will be told all the secrets behind the perfect Neapolitan limoncello, the right type of lemons you’ll need, the preparation etc..
The class and tasting include tiramisù preparation and a tasting of the famous limoncello!

• Tiramisù – It is a spoon dessert composed of layers of savoiardi cookies soaked in coffee and filled with delicious mascarpone cream.
• Limoncello Liqueur – It is a sweet liqueur, with a characteristic yellow color, m ade with lemon fruit peels with an alcohol content ranging from 20% to 32% vol.
