Cooking class at Sandra’s home

Your cooking class will be held at the home of chef Alessandra, who lives in the Posillipo district from where you can admire a beautiful view of Naples. Buckle up your apron, roll up your sleeves and get ready to cook some authentic Neapolitan delights. The menu tends to vary according to the seasons and according to the freshness of the products. Once the work in the kitchen is finished, you will taste your creations together with the chef, your “colleagues” and a good glass of Campania wine. In addition, before the Cooking Class, you can learn about the local lifestyle by going to a Neapolitan market with Alessandra: you will learn to recognize the freshness of fish and meats and buy carefully selected seasonal products.
