About your host, Gaetano: Born and raised in Naples, I’m in love with the art of cooking and I’m passionate about travel photography. My menu is inspired by traditional Mediterranean cuisine and is enriched with typical Neapolitan flavors. The table is where we meet and have a good time together!

• Spaghetti alla puttanesca (aulive e cchjapparielle) – Prepared with a tomato-based sauce, olive oil, garlic, black Gaeta olives, capers and parsley .
• Pasta e patate con colatura di provola affumicata – Neapolitan pasta and potatoes is a typical Campanian dish, with
the addition of two basic ingredients: the provola, and the pillow.
• Pasta alla Genovese – The Genovese sauce is a white condiment made from onions
and beef, typical of Neapolitan cuisine.

• Scialatielli alla sorrentina o con frutti di mare – Scialatielli mussels and tomatoes is a simple first course, with a scent of sea and intense flavor
