The cooking class starts around 9:30 in the morning and ends with a lunch consisting of the dishes you cook. A local cook will teach you the tricks and cook with you delicious recipes with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, the four-course menu will consist of an appetizer, a first course of handmade pasta, a second course and finally a dessert.
