It will be an authentic traditional cookery class where you will enjoy a pleasant stay and the warm hospitality in an Italian family home.

You will learn the secrets of traditional dishes prepared with excellent local products, freshly laid eggs from our own chickens, home-grown herbs and vegetables from the garden (in season of course), cheese produced by our neighbors and our own wine and olive oil.
We will help you make pasta dishes that you can easily prepare later in your own country with products you can easily find abroad, surprising your friends and family!
Lunch/dinner is accompanied by our own “Castello delle Quattro Torra” Chianti wine.
Naturally the menu will vary depending on the time of the year,

• Bruschetta – Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, hebs, local pecorino cheese etc
• Pasta – Handmade tagliatelle with sauces made from fresh garden vegetables.
• Carne – Chicken with local Vin Santo wine, with lemon and tarragon or with our own homegrown saffron.
• Dessert – Homemade Panna Cotta or Crema Pasticcera with fresh seasonal fruit.
