Starting from the fortress of the town of Montalcino, the world famous wine city, you will walk through the beautiful valley below and cross famous vineyards where Brunello di Montalcino is produced. You will stop to taste the wine in 3 companies, not included in the price) You will talk about wine with your expert sommelier guide. We will end our 8km walk in a beautiful winery. Part of the route is along the ancient Via dei Pellegrini Via Francigena. Beautiful views, downhill walk. the walk can be shortened
