Pickup in the morning and stop in a dairy where you could learn how the famous Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is made. Guided tour of the cheese factory with final tasting of five different kinds of cheese plus wine and water.

Second stop: a nice visit inside a famous “ACETAIA” where the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena is produced with samples at the end of different kinds of balsamic also on a gelato.
