Matera Trip Overview

Free visit to the majestic Cathedral of Madonna della Bruna and Sant’Eustachio. Main Catholic place of worship in Matera.

Visit of the Sasso Barisano overlooking the panoramic point called Barisano. It presents more built environments than excavated. From the panoramic point you can admire the “gorge” of the Gravina stream that divides the ancient Sassi districts from the Murgia plateau.
