The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings. The structure of the Rocca di Montestaffoli does not provide bar service (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.) It is also possible to participate in the tasting with children. Their participation is free. We remind you that by law it is not possible to give alcohol to minors.

In the historical site of the Academy, an XVIII-century apartment, we propose our guests the best local products. We usually introduce the world of Evo, cultivars, health benefits and then we move on to make an extra virgin olive oil tasting of 4 or 6 Evos. Extra virgin olive oil tasting is followed by wine tasting and a light lunch or dinner to appreciate traditional Tuscan cooking. All the activities are held personally by me, Evo expert and food & wine consultant, in English, French, and Spanish.

All wines for the experience are exclusive in Florence and not exported outside Italy; very small production wineries, organic, biodynamic, or natural. A pure, genuine, and unforgettable experience that you will always keep in your heart!
