We will have lunch at a beautiful winery in Panzano in Chianti (FI, after visiting the vineyards and cellars, then in the afternoon we will move to Barberino Val d'Elsa (FI). The history and ancient traditions of the kitchen will become very familiar to you, so much so that you can reproduce the recipes even at home. Sienese cuisine is patriarchal, it comes from the countryside. In many respects it is similar to the Tuscan one, but if we think of vegetable soups: in Siena they prepared them with a few more aromatic herbs, such as calamint, thyme, ginger, which give a symphony of smells and flavours.
