For the transfers from Loreto:
– Name of the main passenger, phone number and email address,
– Pick up time and date of the transfer,
– Pick up point (Name of the hotel or full private accommodation address in Loreto)

The waiting time for the transfer from Loreto is 30 minutes. For the transfer from Fiumicino Airport the waiting time is 75 minutes. Once the waiting time is over and we do not receive any information from the clients, the driver will leave. In this case there will be no refund for the clients.
