Itinerary
After a short and specific lesson on how to navigate safely with your sup board, we will leave from Cala Girgolu beach in the direction of our first stop, the cove of the turtle rock, where you will be offered a fruit-based breakfast.
After a swim and some nice photos, we will move to the beautiful beach of the Vacche, where we will carry out specific exercises to improve technique and balance.
In this beautiful cove we will be able to snorkel, relax or play some balancing game on the board.
The last stage of our experience will be the flat stones, where a last dive we will return to our starting point.
The experience will be followed by experienced and local federal stand up paddle instructors, who will also take care of taking photos and videos throughout the excursion.
