Then we will move to Florence for a walking tour of 3 hours. it is considered the birthplace of the Renaissance, The city is noted for its culture, art and architecture. The city also contains numerous museums and art galleries: (Ponte Vecchio, The Duomo, Basilica of St.Croce, The Medici Chapels, Palazzo Vecchio, Plaza Della Signoria, Piazzale Michelangelo, Uffizi Gallery…)
On the way back we will stop in a typical tuscan Farm near Vinci (the home town of Leonardo), to understand the secrets of wine production and enjoy a light lunch with oil “extravergine” and tasting of the best wines.

Our english speaking driver will be waiting for you dockside at the prearranged time that you decide to start your shore excursion in Livorno port.
Your day will start with a visit to the city of Pisa, where you’ll have time to admire and photograph the famous Leaning Tower, and the other monuments of the square including the Baptistery and the Cathedral. The Tower began to lean during construction in the 12th century, due to soft ground which could not properly support the structure’s weight, and it worsened through the completion of construction in the 14th century. The structure was stabilized by remedial work between 1993 and 2001, which reduced the tilt to 3.97 degrees. Climbing to the top of the leaning tower of Pisa is a unique experience and it offers a very beautiful view of the town. The base ticket price is 18 €.

The second stop will be at Piazzale Michelangelo near Florence.
Piazzale Michelangelo is the best square with a panoramic view of Florence. The square, dedicated to the Renaissance sculptor Michelangelo, has bronze copies of some of his marble works found elsewhere in Florence: the David and the four allegories of the Medici Chapel of San Lorenzo. At the end of the visit we will drive inside Florence town.

Centre of Florence: let yourself fall in love with one of the most beautiful and artistic cities in the world, Florence! You will be into the heart of the Renaissance, through the buildings and works of art visited, you’ll be able to know the beginnings of that period as well as the atmosphere and life in the Florence of 14th and 15th centuries.
You will have three hours of free visit to see one of the most famous cities in the world. Places suggested during the walk:
