Taste Ligurian flavors with the wine and dishes you will prepare together with Silvia, a creative cook and master of narrated cooking, and Alessandra, a sommelier with knowledge of Genoese history and food and wine traditions. Both members of the Italian Food Bloggers Association.
Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dishes tasting 3 diferent wines. You will also learn to combine the local recipes with fine Italian wine. After the lesson, you will receive an email with all the recipes prepared with the chef.

Pesto Experience, Cooking Classes, Wine Tasting in Sestri Levante
Each cooking class is private and followed by a PERSONAL Chef, furthermore a glass of Vinaccieri wine is provided at the beginning for motivational purposes!
PESTO EXPERIENCE: Discover its history and anecdotes about it. With the use of a mortar you will produce your Genoese PESTO which you will taste and take away with you in a special container that will be provided to you.
PASTA EXPERIENCE – I Corzetti, ancient Ligurian pasta made with wooden molds and Ligurian potato gnocchi.
FOCACCIA & PANE EXPERIENCE – You will make the REAL Genoese Focaccia and our award-winning Pane Marinaro.
FISH EXPERIENCE – The Chef will guide you in the creation of two fish recipes depending on the daily catch
WINE EXPERIENCE – A Sommelier will guide you in a tasting of five wines from Vinaccieri Ballerini and products from our gastronomy If you wish, at a separate cost, you can create a lunch or dinner with the products you make yourself!

Our Traditional Cooking class in Genoa will allow you to learn the best Ligurian and Genovese recipes sided by local professionals in the field. Hands-on the job you will be guided in the preparation of traditional recipes from Genoa and Liguria.
Our cooking class and tasting is an all-around experience. We believe that the cooking class with tasting is successful when our guests test themselves cooking, learning, sharing their experiences and having fun. Therefore, we have a 2-people minimum and a 10-people maximum. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will contact you to reschedulethe class at another time or day.
The class and tasting include: at least 4 recipes with preparation and tasting, and one tasting more (artisanal gelato). Water, wine or beer (in limited amounts) are included. Everything else is not included.
