What makes Savona Traditional food tour a unique experience ?
We’ll start our tour from Piazza Pancaldo, in front of the cruise terminal.
In an ancient bakery, we are going to taste the classic focaccia with local extra-virgin olive oil.
We move to the second stop, where we are going to taste two of the most delicious recipes of the local food culture: the “Panissa” and the “farinata”, both made with chickpea flour but really different in taste and consistency.
We’ll stop in a pasta factory to taste maybe the most famous dish of the region, the pasta with pesto!
We’ll end our tour with a delicious ice cream and an espresso coffee
