To make a reservation with us from Fiumicino Airport to Genoa and vice versa are required the following details:
– Name of the main passenger, active phone number and email address,
– Pick up time and date of the transfer,
– Pick up address (hotel name or full accommodation address for the transfer from Genoa),
– Drop off address (hotel name or full accommodation address for the transfer to Genoa),
– Flight number of the arriving flight,
– Number of the passengers and luggages (luggage of particular dimensions, like wheelchair, stroller, music instruments, sport equipment etc. must be specified in the reservation),

IMPORTANT:
The waiting time for the transfer from Fiumicino Airport is 75 minutes and for the transfer from Genoa is 30 minutes. Once the waiting time is over and we do not receive any information from the client, the driver will leave. In this case there will be no refund for the clients.
