Discover the wonderful history and sites of Frascati and walk around the streets feeling like a local thanks to your guide who lives in Frascati and knows everybody in town! Visit one of the last wood-burning ovens in Frascati with the chestnut branches used in the oven and smell the delicious smoky aroma that fills the piazza.
Last but not least enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view of Rome in the distance: an incredible paradise.

The master Pizzaiolo is very passionate about his craft and wants to teach you how to make a pizza here in Frascati with a recipe you can remake back home for your friends. Just five ingredients are all you need to make pizza dough from scratch.
Besides the ingredients, he will teach you how to kneed the dough, how to stretch and flatten the dough, and which topping to use for authentic Frascati pizza. And at the end, you will also learn how to put it into the wood burning oven!
