Upon arrival, you’ll meet your expert guide, easily recognizable by their purple T-shirt. After brief introductions, your guide will whisk you away to the first stop of the day: a charming winery in the heart of the Chianti region.
The drive to the winery will take about an hour, during which your guide will outline the day’s itinerary and share fascinating insights about Tuscany’s history, culture, and landscapes.

Reach the first winery of the day located in the charming village of Ulignano near San Gimignano, Tuscany. Reach the second winery just 5 km to San Gimignano. After visiting the cellars , here you will be able to taste 3 different types of wines including Vernaccia, Chianti Colli Senesi and a lovely rosé.
San Gimignano, often referred to as the “Medieval Manhattan,” is a small, enchanting town in Tuscany, renowned for its well-preserved medieval architecture and impressive skyline of ancient towers. The town is famous for its historical significance, with notable landmarks such as the Piazza del Duomo, the Collegiata (a Romanesque cathedral), and the Torre Grossa, the tallest tower offering panoramic views. Visitors can wander through its narrow cobblestone streets, explore artisan shops, and enjoy local specialties like saffron.
After departing from San Gimignano, the journey back to Florence will take approximately an hour. You’ll be dropped off at the starting point, with a camera full of photos and a host of new friends. Back to Florence at 5:00 pm

Directions to reach the meeting point:
From the train station, you have several options: walking, taking the bus or a taxi.
If you choose to take the bus, catch bus n° 11 (direction Galluzzo-La Gora) to “Calza Serragli.” Look for a large gate; our tour leader will be there, identifiable by their purple uniform. Alternatively, opt for bus n° 36 or 37 to “Porta Romana” (which is located outside the gate, ensure you arrive on the inner side of the gate. If you are in front of the roundabout, you’re at the wrong side).
