The winemaking process unfolds in former castles, basements, deconsecrated churches, and other historic buildings throughout the village, connected by a unique network of underground “vinoducts.” You’ll enjoy a wine tasting in the wine room inside the former castle, followed by a gourmet lunch in a regal setting that beautifully preserves timeless traditions.
